Whatever the event, our services guarantee to add a touch of magic. Our ever growing range of mobile carts can be simply be wheeled into position and set up in minutes, bringing all the magic and theatre of our extraordinary ice cream to your venue, workplace or home.
We understand what is required for events, attention to detail, professionalism and theatre to match. Just like our ice cream, every quote is bespoke to each customer’s requirements, so whether it’s an intimate gathering for 20 or a corporate event for 5000, we will tailor a solution to suit and our team will work hard to ensure your event is both exciting and successful.
Rather than offer set packages (though we do sometimes offer special package deals – see blog), we generally tailor the service to suit the nature of your event and budget, but as a general guide the type of service will fall into one of the service types explained below.

An exciting alternative to the generic cocktail bar hire, this is flair, flavours and theatre as you have never before experienced. We’ve put a fresh spin on the traditional cocktail using the theatre of Liquid Nitrogen. Each cocktail that we produce will be subjected to a -196°C blast of nitrogen, turning it from liquid to a silky frozen consistency before your eyes.

We offer fully customised white label solutions with branding packages, allowing you to incorporate your brand identity, messages and colour palette on our carts, bars, kiosks and all consumables.
Whipsmiths white label solution gives you the opportunity to have ‘your name in lights!’ Our carts and bars have been designed so they can be easily branded to incorporate your brand identity, suit your event theme or to simply spread your message, but we are also equally capable of incorporating our equipment into your bespoke installations.
We also offer the chance to make your event truly your own with brand-able cups, menus, uniforms, spoons and napkins. Even the ice cream, sorbet and cocktails can be customised in colour or taste to compliment your product or tie in with a particular theme.
If you do have a particular theme, feel free to decorate our carts to suit or we also offer a number of existing themes. Each themed service comes complete with uniforms and menus.
Our experience in creating delicious bespoke ice cream has led to some interesting requests. We have been commissioned to create an ice cream version of the famous Kraken rum for summer road show activations.
