Concept Café Proves a Hit
March witnessed the opening of our first every Concept Café, designed to bring our extraordinary ice-cream into the high street domain, but also intended to represent a test bed for new products.
We weren’t quite sure what to expect when we first opened and as with all new projects, we didn’t expect to get everything perfect immediately, but we have appreciated all of the constructive feedback we have been given and three months in and we are delighted to report that the café is doing well and has received fantastic reviews from local visitors, many of whom frequent us regularly.
The café offers our full range of ‘create your own’ ice-cream, sorbets and yoghurts together with artisan teas and coffees, speciality drinks, ice cream sundaes and hot desserts.
As we approach the summer months we expect to be getting even busier and so will be introducing some outside seating and on very busy days will support activity with one of our trade carts offering a takeaway service outfront.
