We understand that every wedding is unique and we’d love to hear how we can make your day even more special by offering a completely bespoke ice cream service. Our carts can be styled and themed to reflect your unique personalities as a couple.
Our award winning flavour options are vast, but if you can’t quite find a flavour to suit from our menu of over 3000, then challenge us to make you a completely unique flavour that contributes to making your day truly unforgettable in every sense.
Design you own signature waffles with your logo or name, or allow us to provide you with a customised toppings table, again decorated in a theme that suits the day. Our toppings table is buffet style so everyone can become children again. Want to make a bigger statement? Then we can offer a number of vintage van hire options, from your Citroen H Van to the split screen V Dub. Every part of the Whipsmiths service is custom made.
Case Studies
As part of the experience for the ‘frozen in time’ winter ball, Whipsmiths were hired to cater our nitrogen ice cream to 800 Oxford graduates. We set up our branded pop up in the courtyard of the prestigious Merton College and served from 9:00pm until 2:00am. Subsequently we have received further bookings from different Colleges affiliated with Oxford University.
Whipsmiths have catered for countless parties, Bat /Bar mitzvahs and wedding receptions. Each of our services are bespoke and tailored to our client’s exact requirements. Below was a surprise gift to the bride from the groom, our presence was a complete secret until the curtain that concealed us was lifted.
Since 2012 we have been attending our most loyal customer to cater for their wedding anniversary, where they invite 80 family and friends (and us) into their garden to celebrate their time together. This intimate event is always a magical evening.
