An exciting alternative to the generic cocktail bar hire, this is flair, flavours and theatre as you have never before experienced.
We’ve put a fresh spin on the traditional cocktail using the theatre of liquid nitrogen. Each cocktail that we produce will be subjected to a -197°c blast of liquid nitrogen, turning it from liquid to a silky frozen consistency before your eyes.
We believe that the highest quality ingredients are essential to produce the best tasting cocktails. We use only the finest fresh pressed juices, home-made syrups and premium spirits. Our exquisite cocktail bars and mixologists push the boundaries of technology and flavour and provide the unique experience and theatre that your event has been waiting for. Service Options
A create your own cocktail experience. Immersive, unique and delicious, this service will be the talking point of any exhibition, party or function.
For this service we come prepared with a selection of ingredients and spirits, giving each guest the freedom to create their own unique cocktail (with the aid of our Mixologists), which gets instantly frozen. If guests can’t decide what to make there will be a range of our classic cocktails available too.
Capabilities per bar with two machines (more can be added at extra cost) are 60 per hour.
A frozen cocktail experience suited to busier events or those perhaps not after a fully bespoke service.
We produce batches of fresh frozen cocktails live at your event, each one creating a memorising glowing nitrogen mist. We begin with two or more of our core cocktail flavours (pre-selected by you) then freeze in a magical mist of nitrogen. Served in traditional Martini*, or disposable Martini glasses, with garnish. *Glass hire charge applies.
Capabilities per bar with two machines (more can be added at extra cost) are 200 per hour.
We provide a complete liquid cocktail bar services for events and parties.
Whether it’s an intimate gathering of 20 at your home, an exclusive wedding or an awards ceremony for 2000 guests we can create a bespoke service just for you. Our bars can be custom designed or decorated to fit your particular event theme.
If you really want to put on a show we can also offer an award winning cocktail flair service, great for adding a party atmosphere to any event. Our bartenders have worked in the top bars and clubs in London so rest assured we know how to party.
