Our food theatre is some of the most spectacular on the market. Our unique offering always attracts a crowd and gives customers an experience that contributes to the overall success of every event. We have a number of pop up parlours that can service small summer fates to colossal music festivals.
With our mobile carts we can pop up anywhere and are always looking for new places to serve our ice cream and sorbet. Case Studies
To spice up the food offering at Kew gardens, we provided a designated trade cart to cater for the visitors roaming the grounds. Our create your own ice cream experience was a hit with guests from all over the world, we even developed a Kew sorbet using fresh herbs and botanicals.
Since 2014 we have been the supplier of nitrogen ice cream to Lee Fest (now Neverland) a festival that was born in a 16-year-old’s garden, which has now grown and attracts thousands of festival-goers. Our ice cream is created in batches, using our liquid nitrogen ice cream batch maker on site and stored in a scoop freezer for a quick and easy service. A hot dessert option was added last year, which was a steaming success.
Since 2013 we have been regular exhibitors at nationwide Foodie festivals and London street markets, where some of the UK’s most delicious street food can found. Our create your own ice cream experience delights the crowd year on year and the queues are testament to our product offering.
